About My Work
I am a landscape architect and historian working at the University of Sheffield. My research interests centre upon cultures of tree planting and protection as expressions of environmental values at different points in time. I co-edited a book on the politics of street trees which brought together 28 chapters by over 40 authors, creating the definitive volume on the topic.
